Betting is an action killer here. Wait till someone hits the (nut) flush and then pot bet if you are first to act, call (to keep others in) if you are not first to act. And pot/3bet the river. If you this flop you lose everyone
Also can you post hand histories rather than these images. The reason I request this is two fold. 1) It will make it a lot easier to see you position and 2) we will be able to see stack sizes.
Seeing as it is a cap game you only need 2 more streets to get the maximum in. As Kmix said, betting may not be the best thing here because you basically block the whole board and are not going to be drawn out on later streets. You may be able to bet like 1/3 to 1/2 pot though because some people at the micros are bad enough to play for flushes on a paired board but if we bet this flop it has to be fairly tiny. We may also get something from JJxx + but we will get more action from those hands if we check back here plus checking gives them the chance to bluff which is obviously a good thing.
