Don't like your 4 bet sizing you will be OOP. Would normally want to make a pot sized bet + something extra as your OOP. Which makes it about $2-$2.5 instead if $0.95 now the CO should call with almost any two. You might just ass well call the 3 bet which is what I would normally do.

Flop comes 278 which is better for your range then his so would bet out here for at least 1/3 pot your bet is to small in my opinion, now he still has the odds to call with almost any hand e.g two over-cards with a backdoor flush draw. Your OOP and you don't want to build a pot you either should opt to take it down (bet bigger) or keep the pot small (check).

Check calling on turn is fine.

River check with the intention to call any reasonable sized bet is fine.

50%of my stack seems very big for a 4bet, I was intending on cold 4bet folding from these positions as I don't like cold calling oop vs the 3bet. I could of made it bigger though I think and ye possibly postflop is a little small not 100% sure.

H'mm did not see that it would be 50% of your stack but then calling or allin is your best option. Min raising is not an option I would recommend.

2.5xcould be an option so around 1.15 , leaving room to fold maybe. I used to cold call these 3bets with these hands so just figuring out how to play with a cold 4bet.

My 4b sizes would be 2.1-2.2x IP & 2.5-2.7x OOP.
don't understand why you slowed down on turn. I'd just bet flop shove turn or bet flop x shove turn
since your 4b size is very small he has a lot of weaker hands in his range rather than QQ+

Is this NoLimitOmaha if so I do not think that structure is even profitable.
