$5 NL HE Full Ring: TT oop vs. unknown
2c/5c ring game.
I had 10 10 at CO. I open raised 4xBB. BTN calls. Blinds fold. Flop is
234 with 2 clubs. I lead out with a 40c bet into a pot of 47c and get reraised to $1.20. I had 2.25 or so left. To call would commit more than half my stack and it would still leave me in nowhere land. So I was looking at either folding or shoving. It was just the 4th hand for me at the table, I had no feel for the guy, but according to PTR.com, he’s normally loose passive. He had something for sure. Maybe he had 66-99, which would be good for me, but he could also have had JJ or QQ or a set (assuming he did not flat call with KK or AA). I figured he was likely to call with AK instead of raise, unless he had 2 clubs.
I decided to fold.
What do you think I should have done? (after that hand, he did prove
to be rather passive)
