What is with the turn check?

It looks like some value was missed here. Against a 45/25 I would barrel all streets.

What makes a fish a fish at this level is that they call way to often with marginal hands. Therefore, the best way to take advantage of the fish at this level is to continue to value bet your made hands. TPTK on this board is as good as a made hand. A 3 on the turn is almost as good as an ace for your hand. You must bet the turn.

Personally, I would have bet slightly larger on the flop. About 1.25, or so, maybe slightly larger. A fish that is calling 1.00 is calling almost anything under a pot sized bet. No need to worry about range balance because a fish has no clue what has happened in the past or may happen in the future. They are strictly in the moment.

So bet.

Bet the turn.

Bet the river.

Profit.
