$5 NLHE Full Ring: Some Hands vs Never Folding Whale

He is playing 100/50/0.6, 3bet 60 over 44 hands. His 3bet vs me is 100 and never folds to my 4 bets. I feel like i increased my variance by 4bet shoving even though i knew he wouldn't fold and my hand was ahead of his range. In all of these hands he has around 30% equity so he's not in terrible shape. Maybe i'm being result oriented but i wonder if it would be a better idea to call his 3bets with AQ and A9 hands and barrel him when i hit a pair rather than 4bet shoving?

As for the question, nope, you should go AI preflop with your big equity edge. Who says he does hit the flop when you miss?

If he is in God mode (as they sometimes are) then your BR management has to be solid enough.
