Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

No particular reads but they all average around 16/8 with a steal of 22!

BB ($4)
Hero (UTG) ($7.27)
UTG+1 ($5.03)
MP1 ($3.41)
MP2 ($6.66)
MP3 ($4.64)
CO ($4.86)
Button ($1.23)
SB ($4.75)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K

Hero bets $0.20, 7 folds, BB raises to $0.62, Hero calls $0.42

Is it right to call here with position?

Flop: ($1.26) Q

, 2

(2 players)
BB bets $1.26, Hero raises to $3.88, BB calls $2.12 (All-In)

I had 2 overcards and a flush draw. Is this horrible?

4-bet (or maybe fold?) pre IMO, and find a new table. 16/8's are not the fast path to money.

At over 800 hands per hour (2 seats at moment) plus rakeback and enough idiots that open-shove with J2o...

Its hard to resist RUSH. Tilt is also my BIGGEST leak and here I can power through variance so quickly that losing 3 buy-ins in a row hardly phases me!

Wait what? So your solution to tilt is....increasing variance? Ok, that's a new one :D

About the hand, if he's not 3-betting light I think 4-bet is better, take the dead money or get it in.

The shove is meh-ish but basically you have to shove if you want to continue with the hand, otherwise your equity goes down alot on the turn if you don't hit.

It's definitely marginal, a fold is probably best here (unless you think he might 3-bet light and can cbet this with less) - looks like a bad spot to bluff for a nitty tag. As usual, let's turn to pokerstove

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 34.078% 29.87% 04.20% 7098 999.00 { AcKs }
Hand 1: 65.922% 61.72% 04.20% 14664 999.00 { QQ+, JcJs, JdJs, JhJs, AQs, AsKc, AsKd, AsKh, AQo }

I don't know if my range for him is too tight or not, but if he's not 3-betting light this should be it. Yes you have blockers for AK, not doing the combinations now but clearly you are way behind no matter how you put it clearly so fold, I'm sure you were aware even during the hand fold equity was almost non-existant.
