I would've called or folded pre-flop, to be honest. No way I'm raising there since nothing worse is going to call you. Unless Player 9 does this a lot, a min raise at the micros usually means a monster. Did you have any reads on the guy?

The c-bet on the flop is fine since you re-raised it pre-flop. Since he called, I'd put him on TT+, KQ+. He's unlikely to have a flush draw. I would've checked the turn and seen what he would've done. The only hand he's going to fold on that turn is JJ. The river is a pretty bad card for you since even AK gets there now but at this point, since you've got a lot of your money in there already, I guess an all in is pretty much the only move you can make. I'm guessing he turned over AK for the trips?

For me a nailed on 100% fold preflop unless player9 is a fish, if he had limped along then I'm ok with a squeeze but here you have no idea what he holds.
When he calls your big preflop raise you are behind and in trouble. Think ranges, is there any point betting here, he has tons of AK KK QQ JJ all of which smack your 2nd pair so there is no point betting the flop.
I'd have checked the flop behind to keep the pot small (small hand =small pot) and tried to pick up some free equity, which fortunately you did.
This is a clear example of the difficult spots you get into when you try to push marginal hands preflop where there is action in front of you, learn from this hand and fold these spots pre.

The above posts have pretty much covered the hand, but why are you playing short stacked and not auto-rebuying?

Yeah, going for the squeeze. Rarely do I do it and it looks like a perfect scenario and it was working out and I was right to do it there, you'll see when I post player 9's hand I read it right. Obviously knowing after the fact that the K rivers I should have pushed the rest in on the turn, but I was going for value, I wanted him to call.
