In a word..definately

Sorry, my last post was mean (if accurate).

1) Raise preflop. Your hand is better than your opponent's hand. Raising now allows you to get your stack all in, and to win flops where you & your opponent both miss.

2) Raise the turn larger. There are lots of pair+draw combinations out there, and your opponent is not going to fold the majority of them. Get max value on the turn before the river comes something ugly (like a jack).
