Total pot: $5.37 | Rake: $0.26

This guy is 27 / 15 / 8% 3bet over only 150 hands with no reads.

My 3bet sizing doesn't allow him to set mine profitably since he is so short, but it is questionable if he understands such concepts.

I expect him to do this with any overpair or TPTK (ATs?).

1. Ideal cbet sizing to induce him to call or raise?

Results below:
Hero had K

, K

(two pair, Kings and threes).
MP2 had 3

, 3

(four of a kind, threes).
Outcome: MP2 won $5.11

I can't fold an over-pair after seeing the flop heads up with an SPR of 2, ever. I mean, the flop is so dry that it's hard for him to be semi-bluffing, but you've got a $1 pot and $2 effective stacks. If he out-flopped you, pay the man his money.

This is a bad beat. That's all. If you fold in these spots, you'd be worse than the players calling with 3-3 to try and hit a set.

This is the most standard line in the universe. Well I'd make the c-bet a little smaller but ye a fold would be abysmal.

vinnie - Never said I would fold, just wondered about the best cbet size to get him to always proceed and if he missed to give him the idea he can shove.

Now I am thinking maybe 0.60-0.65 would be best.

In a 3-bet pot, I like to make my c-bets closer to half the pot (50-55c), which would make his shove just about 3x my bet here. But, I think there isn't a huge difference against players with stacks like this. If he would shove over 55c, he's probably not narrowing down his range much for 23c more. At $1.05 (pot), he probably tightens up a bit. I don't mind your c-bet size at all. It's a tad larger than I would have done, but it also makes your potential turn bet half-pot and easily callable.
