I'd seen this guy slowplay the nuts like 3 times and just didn't really get what he was representing on the turn? See him as a bit of a donk and thought this could be a bluff. Unsure if I should even play this when I know I'm going to be OOP.

He can have tons of hands that beat you after he limp calls here. I probably find a fold on the river and maybe the turn.

Pre is a spot I often wonder if I play wrong. I usually raise K10s, KJo+ but this hand I probably just fold unless btn is a fish then I may limp along.

At these stakes you can generally fold to the turn raise with just top pair.

Once you call the turn, you're generally calling the river as well, but most of the bluffs he could try this with just hit on the river.

Also, you've seen him slowplay the nuts but 44/55/88 are vulnerable to a lot of 6-J hands and possibly hearts falling, so he may not want to play this slow.
Having said that, his stats don't indicate too much thinking going on there, so I don't know. Just fold to the turn raise. It'll save you money.

Pre is fine. Bet the flop more, fold on the turn. He was repping 67. Pretty straight forward. I hope you rolled his bluff, but in general I'd fold that turn especially against someone like this.

I think I would have bet bigger on the flop (3/4 to full pot) and checked the turn. But of course even without seeing results im biased because I feel like you wouldn't post if he didn't beat you here

Fold to the turn raise, your TP is weak now, preflop good, but can find fold pre 'cause SB pos, villain played simple - no bluff, i'm sure he just started value-betting on the turn.
