Bet/fold. You can still get value from Tx hands and pair + str8/flush draw hands and it's unlikely that villain is ever bluffing if you get raised.

Okay. I was wondering what would happen if he bet pot/shove after I bet again...that answers my question. Thanks for the quick reply.

quick question, would our line change if it was the 3 of clubs instead of the 3 of diamonds? Or if we had QQ instead of JJ?

No I don't think it would for me. If the turn were a blank and he shoves over a bet we'll see 2pair+ hands too often to call. Basically we're just looking for value from his pair+draw type hands that he's unlikely to shove with on the turn.

I forget who's theory this is but there is a theory that says

"no-one folds to any reasonable bet when they pick up equity on the turn"

That means that when the diamond hits we shouldnt be thinking he has a flush I am done, we should now be thinking if he has just picked up a FD he will call a bet here.

Lets say he has 22 with a diamond.. normally he would fold to a turn bet, but now he has a FD and so you can keep betting here for value. The trick is to not bet so big that he now put you on the made flush and folds.

A hand like KTo (Kd) has just picked up equity, he wont fold to a bet here.
KJ (Jd) was simply 2 overcards on the flop, and would usually fold if it didnt hit on the turn.. well it picked up equity! it will call.

Flushes are part of his range but not a huge part. Checking because a part of his range is flushes is a mistake when we can get value from the range WV mentioned.

Obv if he just calls turn he's very unlikely to have a flush, if he raises then flushes become a much larger part.
