Am I right to triple barrel? I feel like I was bet/folding the river, but makes no sense to slow down when I hit. Board is just quite draw heavy...

I'd be checking the river. If he's on a straight draw and I bet the river he's not calling anyway. If he's on that draw I win anyway. But to add some more stress, the flush came in on the river - but difficult to put him on a flush draw, though KQ or TJ spades is in his range and even 78s.
It's just a classic case of the only way he's going call you is if he has you beat, and there is too much to hurt you. Just better to check back and see rather than paying for it.

You might check the turn for pot control against for aggressive villains who might bluff you off the best hand, but I'm happy barreling this hand for value against this passive guy. Betting the river has to be more than fine. You get money from worse jacks and maybe even stubborn Tx that just won't believe you.
I think you're rarely value-owning yourself against straights which would have raised somewhere in there, so his range is a ton of missed draws and some Jx, a few Tx, maybe some 2p but again those probably GII somewhere.
I might bet turn a little bigger but I think this is played fine.

How aggressive is villain? If he's even the least bit passive, this is perfectly fine. You may even want to barrel the turn a little bigger.

There's an argument for checking the flop, but once you get to the turn, just keep betting.

?? It's 5NL, bet, bet, bet. Bet turn larger. Bet river larger. There are worse Jx, a lot of Tx might call and who knows what else.
