I know there is many threads on playing Jacks, but I have a specific hand for you guys...

9 handed Cash Game, 2c/5c.

All stacks roughly 100BB

HJ opens for 3bb, CO Folds, Button Folds, SB Reraise to 11 BB. I am BB with JJ.

HJ Stats are 20/12 A.F 1.3 (60 hands) and SB 12/10 A.F 14 (86 hands)

Is folding the best play here? Or are you cold calling, check fold flop when miss set? Or do you 4b fold to a shove? Or even shove yourself?

I folded being out of position. What do you guys think?

No 3-bet data?

This is a pretty gross spot, I'm okay with a fold.

Sorry, I forgot to add, I can trawl through HM2 and try find hand, it was small though, even from the SB, as I remember looking.

Folding is fine for me.

Correct. Our spot is not good.

SB tight player, but there are not enough hands to proclaim it. If you then have likely made hands raised. I throw JJ, but I'm tight player :)

Fold unless SB likes to 3bet wide and folds to 4bets a lot or shoves too much (= you have equity edge vs his small-medium Axs and lower pairs).
