ok, we don't have a ton of hands on villain, yeah he appears to be aggro-fishy, nut we can't know that for posiitive.

Next don't ra this flop, its making your range very peculiar. no flush draws, there is jt 99, and 44 you didnt 3 bet so QQ really isn't there ya know.

hi turn bet is fishy, but still, its a tough spot after you raise the flop and not the turnhis his minbet

why don't you just call the flop to control the pot size?

With second pair I see no reason to raise on the flop.
I would put the villian on QK or even Qrag when he bet the flop and narrow it down to Q10 or QK when he called your raise.
You are definitely behind going into the river but I might call with the flush draw and the 9 as my outs.
