Since there is an open limper ahead of you just limp in. And if someone bets behind you and there are several callers we can call with our implied odds hand. Betting only bloats the pot and folds out hands we wanted in for our implied odds. You don't want to bet out because if someone 3-bets us we lose our implied odds and want to fold. But if we would have just limped we can easily call a 3-bet if others call too because its still cheap with good pot odds. Open min raising from early position with implied odds hand is sometimes a good idea for the same reason, we open min raise and someone 3-bets us, well now it's cheaper to call the 3-bet, but had we 4XBB bet from UTG it cost us more to call a 3-bet.

As played we want to bet or c/r flop because we want to get him to fold and win the pot. Bet the turn also to get him to fold. Calling only gives us one way to win, betting gives us two. If he is still around after that line c/c a reasonable amount on the river. Odds of him having the 3rd J is not great and with his VPIP we mostly have the best hand here, so call river bet.

Make it 4x pre (3x + 1x for a limper). Preflop ok.

Flop just jam it in. Your equity is going to drop after the flop, and you're flipping vs QQ+. With the dead money in there already, should be +EV.

I think you should make it more preflop (4x as said before), as played, I believe it's ok to call preflop given the bad opponents.

On the flop though, the call is not a good play. You need to have a plan for the hand, you checked on the flop with the intention to call if their bet was small, to check-raise or just to call no matter what?
You are getting 2.57-1 odds, you need 4-1 or better in other to that call to be profitable. In my opinion fold is the best option since I don't like coin flips spots (if he is not actually ahead, these kind of players tend to be passive, they are more inclined to call rather than bet) , but you could also raise if you already planned not to fold all the way.
