PokerStars - $0.05 NL - Holdem - 7 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: $5.00 (VPIP: 14.04, PFR: 11.24, 3Bet Preflop: 6.06, hands: 178)
BB: $6.92 (VPIP: 14.06, PFR: 12.50, 3Bet Preflop: 2.50, Hands: 128)
UTG: $2.69 (VPIP: 42.31, PFR: 21.15, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 52)
UTG+1: $6.73 (VPIP: 8.91, PFR: 4.95, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 102)
Hero (MP): $5.31
CO: $2.07 (VPIP: 18.52, PFR: 18.52, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 27)
BTN: $11.91 (VPIP: 20.69, PFR: 6.90, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 30)

SB posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has K A

fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.20, fold, BTN calls $0.20, fold, fold

Flop: ($0.47, 2 players) 6 3 Q
Hero bets $0.27, BTN raises to $0.75, Hero?

Is it worth chasing the draw being OOP here? I've only got 30 hands on villain, seems fairly passive so far. I think it's unlikely they're raising with worse draws or top pair.

Thanks

Call and probably fold to big turn bets. Fwiw I wouldn't fall in love with an A or a K if you bink the turn.

Is it correct to try and get the money in on the flop here versus more aggressive opponents, if you think your overcards are good?

The only reason to play for stacks on this board is if you think you have a shot at your opponent folding. But after most players raise the flop, they're willing to play for stacks quite often.

Mostly what we're looking to fold out is bluffs and weaker 1 pair handS that also have a high diamond.

So line I'd do is call with a plan to check/raise the turn if my opponent is really laggy. Most of the time planning to check/fold the turn.

Looking through my database mono flops are a bit of a leak for me. From the hands I've got nobody likes to fold with any piece, including me it seems. Probably time I started learning to play them a bit less aggro and started just calling or folding more often.
