$0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (full ring)

(I'm at a hotel and borrowing a mates laptop so no reads or stats on players unfortunately)

Known players:
MP3 = ($5.07)
CO = ($5.00)
BU = ($8.49)
SB = ($5.89)
BB = ($6.12)
MP2 (Hero) = ($3.93)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Kh, Ah.
Hero raises to $0.15, MP3 folds, CO calls $0.15, 3 folds, 2 folds, BB folds.

Flop: ($0.37) 3c, Kd, Jc (2 players)
Hero bets $0.10, CO raises to $0.32, Hero raises to $0.65, CO raises to $4.85, Hero calls $3.13.

-Turn: ($9) 8d (2 players)

-River: ($9) 5s (2 players)

-Final Pot: $9.

So I just wanted to get an idea on whether this was a good call or not? and what thought process would go into the decision of what to do in this spot. I know a few players who would snap-call here but just wanted to get an idea from CC members on how I played this hand, bet sizing, ranges, etc. I've been playing online for about a year trying to constantly improve my game so I still have a lot to learn. Any advice or criticism is appreciated.
Thank you!

Call his flop raise on flop, 4 betting on the flop is very bad imo, lots of hands that beat you e.g. sets/two pair hands like K/J will re-raise you and lots of hands that you beat will fold. Also your flop bet is far to small, make it $0.30 to get value from K/X hands as 10 cents is giving draws way to good odds to call. Also why are u min-raising him on the flop? if you are gonna raise, make it ~$1.10.

When he does raise you all in after you 4 bet him on flop you basically lose to everything, the only hand you beat is a club draw or maybe Q/10 at best.

You played this hand very bad in my opinion, especially with no stats or reads.
