I don't know why I keep flatting 3 bets from the SB when I am on the button.

Neither do I... In this case PF reraise from OOP spells trouble, your call with SCs is marginal, and postflop you should have been out of there, not raising the aggressor. You're better off folding PF if you can't let go of missed flops...

Just fold. Your steal did not work.
