$5 NLHE Full Ring: Bottom set on dangerous board with agression from passive villain

Villain is 16/5 over ~800 hands. I have to confess his check raise threw me and I don't really like how I played the flop...should I have got it all in on the flop? I didn't think he had top set as I would have expected a 3 bet pre flop even though he's fairy passive. Jacks are a possibility along with KQ -plus two pair hands. I don't think he'd play a flush draw this aggressively.

Is this an easy call on the turn?

Just get it in on the flop. Once you call the flop raise you really can't fold.
