$5 NLHE Full Ring: BB play vs maniac early on table, when to give up?
Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF):
I only had 10 hands on this guy but he was pushing every hand. Bodog doesn't give you hole cards unless they show and he hadn't shown a hand, so I couldn't put him on any kind of range. In this situation, early on a table, is it best to lay low instead of playing your top pair?

My thought on the river was that if I checked or minbet he would raise me regardless of his hand. Here is where I think now I should have just surrendered, checked, folded and moved on. While I'm almost certain he would have raised QT preflop, he could have had a Tx. Or he could have just been crazier than me.
EDIT: It just occurred to me that I might have made a mistake with the pot bet on the turn without following with a pot on the river, as it may have suggested a busted flush. Maybe I should have stuck with the half pot bet on the turn?
