Anyway. C-bet less and double barrel more. It is not an easy answer since it all depends on how you play the game and also my postflop stats at 5Nl looked almost the same(for 6 max of course). I avoided regs completely for witch barreling multiple streets as a semibluff made sense and only dealt with bad players against whom I took the same line. C-bet , value ,value, or c-bet, check/fold.
From 10NL up you need to finds more sources to get value from. Regs are floating more or play fit or fold. So against some makes sense to double barrel since they will test you calling on the flop, or if they called the flop you can be sure you are behind you do not have a strong hand. Blackrain79 wrote like 150 pages on his book on flop and turn play. A yeasier book to read is JhonA's "Poker by the book" that is free for download and it also discussed on his thread.
