Absolutely no need to bet the river you got your hand to either showdown or the point of being a bluff catcher so just check.Personally i recon villain should be betting the turn here vs your check and the river line makes no sense from either player.Obviously your turn check is ok when you don't pick up extra equity to barrel on.

i think he can find hero call w AT+ and will bluff JT+, so i am trying to find the most profitable line in every pot, i don't like play standart. and if i check he could just check behind w worst hands, also i didn't think he wouldn't skip turn bet or raise river w small pair.

The most profitable line would be to flat pre on the btn with small pairs and play a pot ip with a higher spr.And just take the implied odds for the set mine

I really don't like betting the river. You say he can find a hero call with AT+ and will bluff JT+ but this is 5nl - you didn't give any stats or reads on this player so I see absolutely no reason to assume this player is capable of that. (Oh and JT and AT are boats so, we are really going thin hoping for bluffs here.)

Additionally, this is NOT a hand we need to induce that with (nor do I think it is profitable) and we can show it down profitably. If anything you'd prefer to hold a small or mid pair rather than Ax here since you are kind of "hoping" he thinks AJ is no good and bluffs with it and randomly spazzes with QJ and KJ and KQ (if he event gets to past the flop with those) so we don't want to block broadway.

I just find this sort of thing highly unnecessary and probably burning money at this stake level. If you had some experience with the player I could potentially be talked into this but without, there's no way.

My last comment about small pairs is posted in the wrong thread so ignore that one.But as Scourrge points out AT and TJ are both a full house so it's certainly not a hero call with those. If you shoved the river and over bet perhaps we could consider those a hero call .But not really as i think most villain still call a full house.

There's little value in betting the flop and the river is a check. You essentially got lucky that your opponent was bad and raised the river in a spot that made no sense. But I'm guessing that's not what you were expecting. You really don't need to balance a river betting range here against a bad opponents. That's the entire point of GTO play. You deviate from those ranges and lines when your opponents shows they are exploitable.
