Pretty strange spot but we block over value and bluff combos(98, 87) pretty hard so I just fold too. He can show up here with plenty of overpairs BUT one thing. I do see a lot of pre flop raisers raise donk bets from fish as bluffs because they are usually weak but with the fish behind we should still just fold .

Yeah, it's kind of tough because he's going to ISO wide and raise most bets like this with a pretty wide range. At higher stakes in spots like this I'd ask yourself how comfortable you are trying to outplay your opponent and potentially turning your hand into a bluff. Here, I think folding is just fine.
