fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (6.4 BB, 2 players) 9:heart: 8:club: T:spade:
BB bets 3.2 BB, Hero calls 3.2 BB

Turn: (12.8 BB, 2 players) A:spade:
BB checks, Hero bets 8.4 BB, BB raises to 16.8 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 8.4 BB

River: (46.4 BB, 2 players) T:diamond:

Implied odds out the window with the stack sizes? Was a semi steal I guess you could say. Think I should be folding but find it hard in position vs these two who both seemed pretty poor.

there is no such thing as semi steal, if he have high fold to steal at bb then steal but i dont think that 75/0 guy even have fold to steal, so steal is out of the window, 79s is really nice hand to play IP post flop but he is too short to play it profitably, so i would most likely fold this pre. You know that you have a midstacker at SB who could easily be MSS regular with those stats so take him into consideration when try to steal too cuz he might defend with pretty merged range (if he knows how to play MSS at SB but thats different story) anyway as played against his stack size, jam flop with MP+OESD+BD IMHO

Mmmm... fold or min raise. He's going to call, so might as well keep the SPR as low as possible. I might even limp on the button here in this spot if the SB isn't an uppity reg.

As played, just check the turn.

Semi steal was more a term coined for my lack of discipline just because I thought I could outplay them and didn't wanna give up the good position because of stack sizes.

I like the idea for preflop. Never consider less than 3bb pre, but I guess it'd work in this situation even if it's isolated in how often I'd be in a situation like this pre.
