$5 NLHE Full Ring: $5 NLHE Full Ring: $5 NLHE Full Ring: AA Vs. 2 others. Did I bet wrong?

I don't know much about villian, just sat at the table. No history, playing super tight--me. In the current session I had only seen 17 hands from him. Do I reraise in this spot, or flat. I was outta position, and I knew potential continuation bets were coming, I just didn't want someone to spike 2 pair on me b/c second villon behind me I knew would call regardless of bet.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with :ac4: :as4:
Hero raises to $0.20, 2 folds, MP3 calls $0.20, 2 folds, SB calls $0.18, BB folds

Flop: ($0.65) :qc4: :5s4: :4d4: (3 players)
SB bets $0.15, Hero raises to $0.50, MP3 calls $0.50, SB calls $0.35

Turn: ($2.15) :8s4: (3 players)
SB bets $1.51 and is all-in, Hero calls $1.51, MP3 folds

River: ($5.17) :6s4: (2 players, 1 is all-in)

I think not raising is wrong a) donk bettor gives you value b) multiway it’s generally too complicated to flat especially when the donk size is so small. The size could be tiny-bit smaller to keep TPBK in.

If SB is reasonable player you can make exploitative fold, if bad obvious call. Now you need to think those 17 hands there should be enough information to make the choice. If he is really bad, it takes just couple of hands to figure out. Given he is playing with tiny stack I would go for insta call alone from this read.

Well played IMO.Raising the flop for value is good, usually these tiny donkbets are capped, and you can even stack-off on the flop vs a re-raise given his a short-stacked fish.
Turn call is also good, 76s just got there but you are getting great pot odds and the fish could easily have Qx and if he also has a flush-draw you are taking one of his outs, your hand is basically a bluff catcher now so just call.
Don't need to worry about Qx improving on the river - that's only 5 outs = 10%.
The player behind you is not really capped and could be slow-playing a set on this dry board and fat pot, or he could hold 76s, so I would call and fold to if MP3 raises.
