OK so this guy is new but he plays one table with 56 / 6 / 9% 3bet stats over 30 hands and I mark him as a fish but have no reads/notes on him.

He donks pot bet but with these retards it can mean pretty much anything from pocket 22 to top set to whatever he liked in his hand.
It is unlikely he spends a milisecond thinking about my range.

I decided to call down since I am not sure if he will spazz out with random garbage if I raise and besides pot bet suits me fine as far as value betting goes.

River bet sizing is strange, he either has total air or something really good (and wants to induce a raise) so again raise achieves nothing.

1. Ideas on correct play?

Results below:
UTG+1 had 5

(two pair, Queens and fives).
Hero had A

, Q

(one pair, Queens).
Outcome: UTG+1 won $5.92

I would have played the same as you. (50/50 calling flop vs raising, but given it's pot size I am skewed to calling).

Without reads an aggressive donk bet kind of screams set (4's come to mind), which is really the only thing you're worried about. QJ would have possibly raised PF (stats suggest otherwise but sample is tiny), Qx, Jx definitely possible. Don't think he is betting a straight draw this aggressively, and perhaps he could be slowplaying AA/KK pf. A donking donk can as you say also represent any mid pair as well.

EDIT: Saw this is FR and not 6-max, but still less likely high cards.

Turn is a tough call for a pot size bet. I'm not raising here but prob tank call.

River is an easy call. He may not be clever enough to try and induce a bluff or raise, but I just can't see he will call with any worse (especially as the set of 4s are still in his range).

perhaps someone else has a better approach how to deal with turn.

why u did no raise the flop, just to make him pay if he is drawing. you give up control of the hand so u do not get any infos, u where there just hoping to have the best hand.

If he's drawing he already paid. Why does it matter if he bets it or if you bet it? Raising for information is stupid.
