You have little to fear here (flush, full house or quads if board pairs), so no need to rush. I do almost the same betting sizes if I am stacking someone. If the 3rd flush card comes on the turn, then if reraised you can still call for river outs.

But lets wait for someone better to chip in.

P.S. If he got flush on the river, such is life.
