Knowing the outcome probably clouds my ability to remain completely objective....However, I agree with some of the other posters that 3betting preflop with AQ is very dependent on what you know and think of your opponents. However, I personally hate AQ. I seem to notice that it does not play very well post flop unless you make the big pair. I also think that this problem is compounded when 3betting with it because you are likely to get called only by hands that stand up very well against AQ. Such as AA KK (likely to be 4bet) TT+, AK and not much else. (Would you call an early position 3bet with AJ or less?) This IS just my opinion and I know some people really like AQ.
I think the turn play was ok. Just calling does disguise your hand a bit since most big aces would raise, and if he is drawing you do want to keep him in with only the river to come (although he is getting great odds
The river play kinda startled me a bit. lol. It is unlikely that he holds a 6, but I think calling is the better choice. You obviously are not going to fold for such a small bet, but the only hands that would call you are the hands that beat you. 30 really does look like a suck bet on the river.
Good Luck at The Tables!!!
Actually, now that I look at his stack size, He may have called your shove with T9, TT, JJ, QQ, and KK. Although I would suspect the bigger pairs would 4bet all in preflop.
