Yes you overplayed your over pair on such a wet board, going all in to the check raise there was not such a smart move. You should proceeded with caution in such situations - look at the board texture and how your opponent is playing.
It is easy for your opponent to have two pair or better on that flop or an outside chance of an over pair. Either way you are setting yourself up to get screwed in the hand by playing a pair of queens so fast.:albertein

normally you arent going to just want to go all in with an over pair...like 99% of the time

That's fine as it is a 3bet pot. You may against AJ, KJ or even TT, so nice play here.

this is a fairly dry flop and judging by the opponents play your descisions were good imo just be careful because like i stated before most people arent going to go all in with just a pair
