I see is your KK with a possible straight on the board and a flush draw that you don't have a piece if. I would cut losses and run.

My luck and experience, villain probably played 26c and will suck out his 4 or another club.

You just can't lay down KK on that flop,is too strong and to many draws are there.
My strategy would be call the 3bet and evaluate in later streets.

Folding is definitely not correct. KK is too powerful here. You have about <60% equity against his range. I would also have CBet more. Maybe €0.45. Shoving is also not out of the range of possibility. I would probably call. Its 1:2.88 pot odds. You need over 25% equity to call. Definitely a call at minimum.

Some players would only raise made hands there (sets or straights). Some players will always raise there with as draw.

What info do you have on the Button?

I have only played 34 hands with villain as mentioned about. Don't have a real read on him.
I actually decided to reraise in this spot because I thought folding is way to tight. I'm up against a set/straight or a strong draw. Didn't want to let him see the turn for too cheap.
I think calling and evaluate in later streets is the best option.
