The fundamental theorem applies to most poker situations and certainly does not break down in BvB spots  quite the opposite in fact.
For the purposes of Sklansky, show the villain your hole cards then min3bet him.
You have given the villain correct
pot odds to call with any two. Even if he was on a steal when you flashed him (so he's absolutely, definitely behind your 66 right now) he would still call your 3bet
because it is mathematically correct to do so.
Every time he makes a mistake you gain.
Where is the villain's mistake when he calls your minraise with the correct odds?
There is no part of villain's range where calling would be a mistake.
Folding when you have the correct odds to draw would be the mistake.
This is why I said you're rooting for a fold when you bet so small.
Read my first post again and please 3bet bigger, give your villains every chance to make a mistake.
