Here I am posting my first hand. I think we shorter stack I may have played the hand well. However, considering we both were pretty deep, I think I played it really bad. I would like to know your opinion and how to improve it.

Thanks to all in advance!

If i was going to be super critical of anything i would say i dont like the donk shove on the flop your folding out all villains worse hands.I think the best line is to check and let villain shove all their bluffs and AK hands.

I agree with you. At that time I was thinking about getting the most value of worse hands, but they will not pay such a bet. I like the line you suggest much more.

Thank you for the feedback.

Many people will warn players to beware the cold 4 bet. This time it is us making the cold 4 bet and when MP comes back over the top after the initial bet has been 3 bet and cold 4 bet what do you think they have? It's usually KK+ and maybe AK. As the other poster noted we should not be in a rush to donk shove all flops in this case. Realistically though there's not much we can do to keep from getting it in by the river with KK vs AA.

ETA: Also just saw MP has a 4% PFR. I'd take AK out of that range. And this player probably flats the 4 bet with KK. But only 50 hands is not a large enough sample to fold to.

There's not much to criticize here, in my opinion. The four bet wasn't bad and it's the correct play most of the time. Calling with an overpair on that flop is generally the right play too. Sometimes you just run into variance.

If the guy was a huge NIT, then calling after the shove on the flop might be a mistake. Without knowing anything about the players, your play was fine. Just unlucky.

Your fold preflop vs 5bet will be borderline. Vs this guy (50 hands no 3bet). And he is looking like some passive fish. Maybe he will call and not 3bet with AK and QQ. I think this is a borderline decision. You can fold, you can call, you can go All in pre. Doesn't really matters. But the donk-shove is pretty bad, mate. Why!? Just check OTF....If you don't have " the guts" for this, then just shove pre. As I said the options is pretty similar, if we talk about profit. Just shove pre and "whatever". Or fold...
