No readings on players except for HUD stats.
My thoughts. First one looks like a overplayed pair by the BB most likely. Or a trap of aces or kings. Not happy with the river cause Suited aces gets there like AK,AQ
Second one looks like a busted flush draw. So not sure whether I'll get a call or not. Turn 3bet by me looks a bit small not I think about it.
How much should I bet on both hands to get maximum.

First hand, you aren't getting value from anything with 4 to a straight and the rivered flush, unless he's a total station, a reg never call 3 streets here with worse with a 9 spr imo, unless he has jacks and even then... Not sure it's worth reopening betting with that much left behind.

Both seem like obvious bets to me...

First hand:

Villain has checked to you three times, so he has shown no strength. I wouldn't go big. There's a chance he sees you as aggro and is trapping on the river, but such is life.

Miller, Flynn, and Mehta recommend not being a slave to fixed bet sizes, but betting about 2/3 of the pot when you aren't sure how much to bet:
https://books.google.com/books?id=Gm-H0DgJqrUC&pg=PA25&lpg=PA25&dq=miller+flynn+mehta+bet+sizing&source=bl&ots=n9pNDwUayA&sig=2o-TYzaA2KmgFE5B5fzSA9L4fQE&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiy1vLT3-_WAhUEOCYKHXSFD6EQ6AEIOzAD#v=onepage&q=miller%20flynn%20mehta%20bet%20sizing&f=false
That's what I'd do here.

Second hand, villain has shown strength on the turn. You have about 216BB, I'd shove. He'll call that less often than he would a smaller bet, but your average profit is likely to be higher with the bigger bet.
