What do you think about the way I played this hand? Obviously I was nervous when I turned the nuts because I didn't want to scare off any overpairs or sets. Was my bet sizing okay?

I always think the same way about not betting people off their medium strength hands. However by waiting till the river to get your stack in you are missing out on extra money coming from drawing hands.

Hands in this case like any K clubs, any 8, JQ could all put the extra $1.67 in on the turn as it is still less than a half pot bet but once they see the river they can fold.

Overpairs with a club are not folding turn. And not too many sets in their ranges: sets would raise flop on draw-heavy board. Draws still might not fold, so I'd probably bet something like half-pot and GII on the river.
