villlain unknown, only 8 hands 25/25 so far, probably a sem-reg
Is it the most +EV to c/r the flop or do you prefer c/c? I get value from draws, 9x, hands that have good equity-overcards can fold.

Well played on flop. Turn bet can be bigger. River is interesting. If we bet we lose to AA-JJ but get value from 89, 9x. If we check-fold we get bluffed by club draws/TJ. If we check-call we don't get value from 9x and possibly not 89 but then draws can bluff.

Such a tough/close spot on the river imo that I think I don't mind any line on the river vs an unknown.

River screams blocking bet to me, not necessarily bad at these stakes as I doubt most villains are able to shove over this with a bluff.

Any reason for not raising pre? If you are calling pre to set mine, we fold flop no? If calling for other reasons I would call one street and give up as I doubt he is double barrelling this board IP with air.

I am not sure I love the flop-raise, call and "hope" for a cheap showdown?

Flop CR is too small, if this is the line you think you can get the most value from, then it needs to be at least 1.25. Bet bigger on the turn and river. Lots of missed value again.

Do you really think we have villain beat here? Villain is playing it like an overpair imo, and we have the worst one.

I would not CR the flop. I'm saying, if that's the line you think will yield the most value based on your read, then it needs to be bigger. All other streets need to be bigger.

But yes, as played, by the time hero gets to river he'll have opponent beat a high % of the time.

There's lots of problems with OP's thinking and line. Lots of inconsistencies he consistently does (hey that was cool). He thinks he can get value from 9x and draws so he CR's the flop, then bets small and loses value against the range he's supposedly betting into.

From SB i'm definetly 3betting with TT... But I have a very tight image at the table and I get respect. **remember your out of position** so if people fold to your 3bet it's a good result.

I don't mind raising as long as people are just calling... Usually means people are chasing and you need to bet bigger.

You beat a lot of what your opponents could have... Could be chasing a flush or 89 two pair which definetly be great river card for your TT. Your opponent does scream strength by calling your CR perhaps a set? though I do see people with a 5 at these limits heh. Label him as a calling station if he slow played the straight.
