Turn is pretty gross but we have to play each situation well. Assuming he calls preflop with all pocket pairs, the only hands that called on the flop and you now beat are 88 and 99. I am not sure about the turn bet but once he calls this too, 88 and 99 are pretty unlikely to be in his range anymore. Thus, i check/fold river most of the time.

I might flat preflop to keep the BB in, but I'd be okay stacking off with TT in this spot, so I'm good with the 3-bet too.

On the turn, I think we can check and induce a lot of bluffs. Ax is a big part of his range, and they'll probably be betting the turn 100% if checked to.

I would have check/called turn and check/folded river.

As for 3 bet well it depends on his button steal and fold to 3 bet stats.

This is why flatting pre sucks. The button's range will be mega wide and will have stuff like 7x in it.

Assuming the BB folds, and we get the same flop, I'd look to check/raise that board. It makes the hand play out a little messier than 3-betting, but we also trap in a c-bet as well.

I probably 3-bet this in real time as well, but flatting should go through your mind as an option. TT doesn't flop an overpair a ton, and trying to showdown middle pair OOP in a multiway pot isn't that profitable either. So 3-betting is the right line.
