i think that once again some relevent stats might give you better answers to your question.
number if hands will give a hint of stat accuracy
his 3bet stat will give a clue to his 4bet range if small number of hands so that 4bet stats would be unreliable.
SB attempt to steal would give a clue if he habitually stabs at any hand that folds round to him in the SB or if he's just opening a value range.
vpip/pfr would help to classify what sort of a player he is .

these can then all be used to try and narrow down a range for him.

I have no info of the villain, I only know that is he is multitabling ... so I guess he isn't a recreational player

Against a reg, I'd just call preflop. Maybe AT/KJ calls a 3-bet OOP, but I doubt it.

I just don't get your line here, you basically called the flop raise thinking he was on a draw as you don't beat any value bet, then all draws get there on the turn and you call it? Seems very -ev to me. KQ of clubs would make a ton of sense here, and 99s but the raise size seems a bit big.

Against a reg I'm also flatting aj here.

99 is the only hand i can think of w/ that x/r

when he x/r half his stack on the flop, the only move is jam/fold IMO
