I think It's an easy fold. I can't think of many bluffs he could have on that board.

Why check on the flop? With a straight draw out there, I would have out a good bet to try to get him from chasing.

Ugh
1) 3B or fold preflop
2) Lead on this flop. This is not a board that a reg will want to c-bet, you don't want to give a free turn card since you only block top sets and you need to charge draws. A, K, J, 9, 8, 7,6 are all bad cards for you. Take the pot now if you can.
3) Turn just counterdicks your 2P if villain has AA/KK
4) You have showdown value here. Villain can very easily have you beat. Check call here to get your thin value, don't bloat the pot to tempt villain to blow you off it.

Makes textbook sense to lead on the flop, make them pay to play/don't give them a free card etc etc.

In a button vs. blind spot, leading this flop is generally ideal. I don't hate checking, but betting is better.

After he checks the flop though, you should be betting the turn. Not sure why you check there. Based on how you played it, it should be confusing to villain on why you're betting the river. Looks like he might be an overly agro reg. It doesn't make much sense that he checks the flop w/ the nuts or anything close to it. He's IP, clearly a reg at your stakes, and should know that if he checks, there's really not much he can get on that board later. Only thing he can get is if you flopped a hand, and in that case he makes more if he just bet/bet bets.

Call/Fold are pretty close. It looks like your hand is super weak, and your line with a strong value hand doesn't make much sense. Usually river raises at these limits are for value, way more than bluffs. But this might be one of those rare cases where the pot is small enough and your hand looks weak enough that an aggressive reg could try and blow you off. On the whole w/o looking at the numbers I'd fold, but its super close imho.
