River: ($1.07) :qs4: :4h4: :3h4: :7d4: :9c4: (2 players)

Can I value bet the river? I believe villain has 22/55/66/88 in his range, although he has AQ/KQ in his range too.

Or should I just check/call or check/fold the river?

AQ/KQ are not really in his range since they bet the turn. I'd prefer barreling the turn if you think he's remotely capable of folding anything. I think the tiny bet on the river as played is fine. This guy's never raising with less than the immortal nuts and he's probably calling with worse.

I'd barrel turn and end up betting 1/2 pot on river.

I'd bet turn about $0.70 - $0.80 then bet river probably about 0.5-0.55 of pot (although don't mind betting less than half the pot, no less than 0.3 of the pot though). Betting the river is best as it acts as a blocker so for that reason I'm never C/C or C/F. QJs in his 16% range?

As played i think it's thin - but fine and i'd do the same if i played the hand like this.

But im always betting the turn here and then on the river if we miss, i really cant see a half pot bet getting called by 22,55 or 66. Villain is tight and noone is calling a triple barrel with 22 or something similar there. So as played it's fine but im not sure what would be the best move on the river if we bet the turn as i cant find enough worse hands that would call the triple barrel.

As played I like the river bet. If i was villian I would call light here thinking you're probably betting a missed FD, but really badly.
