If you were betting to induce a bluff, then you need to be calling. And w/o better info, you should probably be checking this river. As played, again, no info, no number of hands, default here would be to fold w/o more info. Did I mention there's no info?

OP, do you realize you are bluffing on the river? You raised pre, bet flop, bet turn and then you hit 2nd pair on the river. What worse hands does villain have on river that is calling your bet?
Of course we are never calling river, we shouldn't even bet it unless we think we can make villain fold JT,QT,KT,AT
