$5 NLHE 6-max: Should I push with nut flush and inside straight here?

The reraise on the turn should have been an all in, I must have miss clicked somehow, but it should not have made a difference.
I think I played this hand ok, hoping to push him off a jack or two pair etc. And even if he has something really strong like a straight or set, I felt I had lots of outs.
