Hard to say, you bet so small on the turn that he very well could have only a jack that he is raising for value. I would tend to give up being OOP makes it weird as you would donk lead the river, which is a glaring display of strength! I'd say that if you want to bluff, do it with equity and 3-bet the turn. My bluffs get called too often at 5NL, I try to make it cheap, not wsop style where people can fold ;)

I think he has a straight, because the board is scary for a top pair. On that situation he has to be more agressive to protect his hand.
Check and fold to a bet...

To me I think if you bet the river he raises. check and fold to bet. you would have to shove large and if he has str8 he isn't folding is he? he is putting you on aj at best.

tags minraising the turn are doing it for value , they want to be called, they aren't raising bigger because they don't want to blow you out of the pot .he made it cheap for you to draw , you missed , unless you've a note that he bluff min raises turns with air , just check fold . you don't even beat his A high but that unlikely to have raised the turn.

Firstly, can't see how he has a straight here. Whatever hand he has, he made it by the turn.

Q9? 97? No chance with a PFR of 13, these wouldn't be in his 3 bet calling range

That being said, he has you crushed. He's giving you irresistible odds. Set of jacks, tens or eights most likely. He's not playing a flush draw like this either unless he has exactly AJd.

Check-fold that baby and look for a better spot.

Hi. I think he definitely has more pairs than straights in his range. That said, unless you have specific history on him that leads you to be pretty sure he'd fold to an aggressive play I'd wait for a better spot to bluff.
