Depends how positionally aware he is (it influences VPIP/PFR). Your sample size is small.

This is how I see it:
- Lets say he raises 17% from MP (it should be a bit smaller)
- He 4bets 11% of that, which is around 1.9%. That is basically AK, KK, AA.

So, you are calling with around 40% vs. that range.

I wouldn't fold vs. a normal 4bet, why not see the flop? If A or K don't fall, well, your equity vs. AK just skyrocketed. If you get a Q then you can cooler his KK+

standard UTG range in 6max is like 15%. Standard HJ range is about the same as standard overall VPIP (about 20-25%).

Generally not folding QQ in holdem unless vs a major nit is a good rule to go by. He's 30/17, he's a fish, it's 5nl, GL.

Oh and QQ is comfortably ahead of an 11% 4bet range. Folding to a standard 4bet here would be a leak -- I'd flat.

super standard vs. anyone not a nit...in a vacuum this type of 4-bet sizing tends to be weighted toward AK, which obviously makes this a snap. vs. this guy i'd probably GII with TT+.
