Definitely raise the flop, you only have something like 65% equity vs over cards. Raising allows you to make those high equity hands to fold, and allows you to get away more cheaply in case villain has a bigger overpair or trips.
As played, it's good to bet, but that min check raise screams strength. Villain has a very strong range or bluffs and is likely to put a big bet on the river, and I would fold this hand to the turn check raise knowing that I can't really call a river bet.
