BB has put in 14 BB so far, out of nearly 160 BB.

I think a shove is way too big here. He may call with an inferior straight.

I think we should check back flop here. It will probably seem unlikely we connected with this flop, and it's not going to get through often.

We have BDFD, BDSD, let's try and realize some of that equity. It sucks if we cbet bluff and get C/R, it may not happen, but I think this is a good spot to check back flop.

However, as played, I probably barrel turn.

But, if we check back flop, and dude bets turn, we raise.

Raise on the river to like 25 BB, as played. Hopefully he clicks it back.

A shove on the river is way too much in my opinion. Some players would struggle to call you with a inferior straight on this board after such a big overbet. But this also depends on your opponent. Some fishy players snap call a shove with just a 5. Against a somewhat decent player I would probably raise to like 40-50bb.

I'd barrel that turn nearly all of the time because (and this an important point) the flop was rainbow, and you picked up huge equity on the turn. By barrelling the turn you can bluff most rivers.

River, raise to 39. You'll get calls from sets and 2 pairs. Much bigger than that, you'll start getting too many folds, even from 5x.
