I'm not sure if the turn is a lead tbh. The board quite favours UTGs range. All the two pairs & sets could be there & if he shoves I guess it's close to calling it off. thoughts?

I bet bigger on the flop. It's a terrible run out, I just fold on the river. TT JJ QQ AQ AK are all squarely in a 3bet calling range we beat nothing that bets that sizing. Yeah easy fold.

I agree. Bigger on the flop. 3/4 to pot sized bet. Check/call on the turn I like, and definitely a fold on the river. If he shoves the turn, its a tough spot, but I think I would be inclined to lay it down.

AQ

It feels like UTG has AQ & would not have folded at any point (nor would they fold 1010 JJ QQ, maybe only solid or tight player folds AK postflop, but most would prob not) so.. bigger bet preflop doesn't gain any more info, it actually hurts b/c it gets UTG even more pot committed & hurts betting info analysis.. I'm thinking slightly smaller bet pre (like 2.5-3-bet his raise) then increase the bet size on the flop might offer more info as it might get rid of AK/AJ/A10.. maybe even a check-raise on the flop, or turn, yields more info, see how much UTG bets or if he bets at all (tho I don't recommend check-raising often)..
Honestly I would like more info on the UTG player, (does he usually sense weakness & pounce, like your check on turn & river)? Also like to know how u had been playing, tight/loose/mix/even, etc.. Also would like to know the outcome..
I do think u can & probably should fold on river given the way the hand was played, but not mandatory IMO..
With the same board, same position & same hole cards there are so many ways any hand can be played, & tho there are some right & wrong moves to make, nothing should be set in stone.. can't just look at the cards, what matters most is the player & his his mindset & playing style & betting patterns.. all must be taken into account..

with your big reraise in preflop, we can easily understand that, the villian's range
is qq-kq-aq-ak-kk-aa. if she had tens, probably she would shoove. board is highly coordinated. it is an easy fold i think.

you could bet 2/3 size flop. for the rest you played well. btw, i assume you fold river :)
