The SB is iso-raising the LAG CO from OOP.

You'll be stuck between a rock and a hard place. Fold preflop. Let them have their battle, choose yours more carefully, imo.
Either that or 4-bet preflop, as SB is probably a little lighter than usual given CO's stats.

Fold pre. He has nitty 3-bet stats. Okay to gamble here; SPR is pretty low at 3. If it were bigger, I'd definitely prefer calling down and folding river unimproved. Turn here he might just jam given stack sizes, and we have to fold out all our equity. We have pretty good equity against any hand other than KK.

Such a fold pre. I know you have been addressing calling 3 bets too much but this is a bad spot to call. Read the "shot at 4nl" thread and john drops skme knowledge about KQ in 3 bet pots.

I actually decided I tilted yesterday, I did a few plays which were ill favoured.

Wasn't major tilt but I wasn't playing optimal

The only reason I figured I called was fish was in the hand *so could get paid* and we have position on the reg.

but yeh his SB raise is usually on the top side of his 3bets.
