Raises on the river like this are rarely bluffs at these stakes and since the straight draw got there on the turn, and the backdoor flush draw got there on the river, I think this is a good fold.

Having said that, I'm check/calling this river a lot of the times. Backdoor flushes aren't very common, so he's going to have a worse hand often too. Possibly a worse two-pair even.

Hand was played well. Your opponent almost never has a set/straight before the river, so your hand should be good on the river unless he backed into a flush. Bet/fold is really good here to get value from sticky Kx/worse two pairs/random stuff he might try to hero with.

As played, river bet sizing and fold look good to me. Our range is uncapped, and we have all combos of flushes/straights/sets in our range. Against a good aggro opponent who floats and could turn hands into bluffs, we could call since we block the Kd. But at micros these river raises are so unbalanced, so folding is pretty standard.
