SB: $6.44 This guy is a 25/17 with a steal of 19 and hates to fold to 3bets, 60% (49/81) I have about 2k hands on him. He has a low fold to Cbet of 38% over a good sample
Hero (BB): $12.61
UTG: $5.66 This guy is a 15/7 with a steal of 17 and a fold to 3bet of 86% (18/21 times) I have about 900 hands on him. His flop Cbet is 72% over a good sample.

CO: $12.50
BTN: $2.14

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BB with K

UTG raises to $0.20, 3 folds, SB calls $0.18,

Hero to act...

I am not sure how relevent the SB's fold to 3bet stats are here. Would 3betting here with KK miss us value seeing as UTG guy is likely to fold to our 3bet but likely to Cbet if we do choose to just call pre-flop.

Also if UTG guy does bet and we call, the SB who doesn't like to fold to Cbets is likely to stay in too.

Call here pre-flop and likely let a large pot build or play it safe and 3bet?

Just 3Bet it preflop.

Yes UTG folds to 3Bets well but he is still UTG which means his range should be fairly strong. Your 3Bet also may get interpretted as a squeeze which also means you'll probably get more action. Also there is the added benefit that SB may not fold either.

If you flat you potentially lose a ton of value from JJ, AK, QQ which would be willing to stack pre but may get scared on certain flops not allowing us to get max value.

3-bet to deny implied odds, adjust the SPR, and to get heads up in position with the 25/17.
