So on ignition 6-max zoom.

KdKh UTG, I open to 3x BB. All except the big blind fold, they have a shorter than normal stack, they call.

Pot (32 cents) flop: (QdJd4c), I bet 20 cents and get called.

Turn (pot 72 cents): QdJd4c(8d) gives me a flush draw, but villain bets about pot for 74 cents. (Ignition does "pot" raises weird taking rake into account or something) I just call the lead with my overpair and 2nd nut FD

River (pot 2.20): QdJd4c8d(3s) River is a blank, but villain jams all in for $1.20. It is zoom and I have 15 seconds. Is this a call?

I ended up making a fold that I sort of regret considering I had 3:1 on the river. Still unsure about this one. They probably would not overplay a worse hand for value like this although that always seems to be possible. On the river I lost to straights and flushes, maybe something like T9 or a flush. He played it like a flush probably ought to be played, so I made the fold. Not many hands in villains range I can beat. Let me know what you think!!!

Your decision is on the turn..

Im either jamming or folding on turn.

If i call turn im calling river on bricks or why are we calling turn to fold on bricks.

But this is diff we against a short stack... im jamming turn because i know we are good most times and sometimes we will need that draw to come and get folds as well.

Tiny part we will be drawing dead and behind.

Tough spot but it's hard to imagine villain bet turn and river as a bluff.

Tough spot on river but not on turn.

Usually short stackers are bad players and will overestimate their hands. Also over commit marginal hands such as top pair hands good kicker etc

There is really no point in assuming that a given opponent will play a particular way. Recognize that poker players are heterogeneous and everyone has their unique approach to the game. Instead of blithely assuming that your opponent will do x build your plans based on concrete observations of your opponents play and by recreating showdown hands in order to deconstruct their play style.

Well i play zoom so thats less of an option and plus micros you are usually facing unknowns.

I understand this, maybe I was not playing well this hand. I guess I felt like I was dead too often or at 18% too often to make a profitable call. Hard to be dead here though... jamming makes sense.

Thanks for the help everyone
